Add BOL and PO Numbers to List & Spreadsheet Views in Truckpedia

You can now display BOL and PO numbers directly in your List View and Spreadsheet View on the Dispatch screen. This gives you quicker access to key load details — without opening individual loads. Here’s how to add them:

In List View

  1. Go to Dispatch and open a list view.
  2. Click Columns at the top right.
  3. In Manage Columns, find PO Number and BOL Number (use the search box if needed). Click the eye icon to show them, then click Save.

The columns now show in your list wherever the load has a PO or BOL number.

In Spreadsheet View

  1. Go to Dispatch and open a spreadsheet view.
  2. Click the + at the end of the column headers.
  3. Search for PO Number or BOL Number, select it and click Submit.
